A few days earlier. I'm looking for information on the Combination Gel Foam Hot Lather Shaving System, so i have to tell.
Once this product is set correctly, it works fine. I had problems at first with the successful installation of the can of Gel and finished with foam spewing all over the place. the instructions are quite superficial. for this type of Setup, I would recommend an online video to show it actually be established and operating. I tried calling customer service sharper image and were courteous but the person I spoke to was not real familiar with the item and the questions I had. Once I got the Gel can properly locked in place (which you must do in order to keep from froth all over the bottom of the heating head), the largest closed plastic container in place over it and the slide valve at the top moved towards setting Gel, then worked fine and nice warm foam product. ended up putting the Gel heat setting on the highest setting to achieve the degree of warmth that I wanted in the foam. It's a good product; It just takes a little know-how and very careful reading to set it up without yourself encasing foam in the process!
